Terms of Service

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that person or organization.

The Site provides information about Preppy Pet West Houston and allows prospective customers to request information about pet-care services, availability, and promotional offers. Submitting a form does not create a reservation, guarantee availability, establish a pet-care relationship, or obligate Preppy Pet West Houston to accept a pet or provide a service.

A reservation or service is confirmed only after Preppy Pet West Houston separately approves the request and all applicable requirements are satisfied. The facility may decline or limit services based on availability, pet health, vaccination status, behavior, safety, accommodation needs, applicable law, or other reasonable operational considerations.

Promotional offers displayed on the Site, including the new-client boarding discount and free first day of daycare offer, are subject to eligibility verification, availability, applicable service requirements, and any additional terms communicated by Preppy Pet West Houston. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Offers are available only to qualifying new clients of Preppy Pet West Houston.
• Offers are subject to availability and applicable service, health, vaccination, and safety requirements.
• Additional conditions will apply only when they are displayed with the offer or communicated by Preppy Pet West Houston.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Site. You must not impersonate another person, submit information without authorization, provide misleading details about a pet or requested service, or use another person’s contact information without permission.

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes related to learning about or requesting Preppy Pet West Houston services. You may not:

• Use the Site in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, data, accounts, or connected services.
• Interfere with security, availability, performance, or proper operation of the Site.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, spam, or fraudulent submissions.
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit Site content except as permitted by law or written authorization.
• Use the Site to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm another person, the business, its staff, customers, or animals.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, trademarks, service marks, and software, are owned by or licensed to Preppy Pet West Houston, its franchisor, affiliates, licensors, or service providers and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. “Preppy Pet,” “Pet Stays Your Way®,” and related branding may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

If you submit an inquiry, comment, suggestion, testimonial, photograph, or other material, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights. Unless we separately agree otherwise, feedback and suggestions may be used to improve our services without compensation or obligation to you. We will handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Site may include links, maps, analytics, social media features, reservation tools, or other services operated by third parties. We provide them for convenience and do not control or endorse all third-party content or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party availability, security, accuracy, products, services, or conduct.

Content on the Site is general business information and is not veterinary, medical, legal, or other professional advice. The Site is not monitored for emergencies. If an animal may be ill, injured, missing, in danger, or experiencing an emergency, contact a veterinarian, emergency animal hospital, animal-control authority, or other appropriate provider immediately.

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Information about services, availability, pricing, and offers may change. We may update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Site. Separate agreements and facility policies govern actual pet-care services.

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply only to use of the Site. Separate reservation documents, service agreements, releases, facility policies, and other terms provided by Preppy Pet West Houston govern actual pet-care services. If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
